These terms cover k0 Cloud — the account, the sync and the web view — and this website. They are short on purpose.

Early access

k0 Cloud is in early access. Accounts open one at a time, features change, and things will sometimes break. We will tell you before anything you rely on goes away.

No charges

Nothing is charged during early access. The prices on the home page are where the plans are heading; if you are ever asked to pay, it will be because you chose a paid plan, never by surprise.

Provided as is

k0 and k0 Cloud are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Keep your own copies of anything that matters — the board on your computer is the original, k0 Cloud holds a copy. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data or lost work.

The software license

The k0 software is source-available under the Sustainable Use License. The full text is in the LICENSE file on GitHub, and it is what governs how you may use, change and share the code. These terms do not change it.

Acceptable use

• Use k0 Cloud for your own work and your own boards.
• Do not try to reach other people's data, break the service or overload it.
• Do not use it to store or spread anything illegal.

Accounts used for abuse can be suspended or closed, with or without notice when the abuse is serious.

Your data

What is stored and where is explained on the privacy page. You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time.
