The short version: k0 keeps what it needs to show you your board, keeps it in the EU, and does not track you, show you ads or sell anything about you.

The early-access form

When you leave your address on this site, we store the email you typed and, if you wrote one, the note about what you would use k0 for. We use them only to tell you when your account is ready and to decide in what order accounts open.

Signing in to k0 Cloud

You sign in with GitHub or Google. From them we receive and store your email address, your name and your avatar picture. We never see your GitHub or Google password.

Your board

k0 Cloud keeps a copy of your board — stories, epics, decisions and the status of each session — so that it syncs between your machines and can be read from a browser. It is stored with Supabase, in the EU (Ireland, region eu-west-1).

Some things never leave your machine: your terminal windows, the paths of your worktrees and the files on your disk. k0 reads them locally and does not send them anywhere.

What we do not do

The only other request k0 makes on its own: once a day the app on your computer asks the public npm registry what the newest version of k0 is, so it can tell you an update exists. Nothing about you is in that request, and you can switch it off.

This site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser asks Google's servers for them.

Deleting your account

Write to hello@k0-board.com and we will delete your account, your board and your early-access request. The copy of the board on your own computer stays yours.

Who is responsible

The data controller is Alessio Ragni. For anything about your data — a question, a copy of it, or deleting your account — write to hello@k0-board.com.
